Subprocessors

Last updated August 29, 2026

Simba Health uses a small number of third-party service providers, called subprocessors, to help deliver our services. This page lists the subprocessors that process Customer Data as defined in our Terms of Service, and is the list referenced in Section 20.6 of those Terms.

How we work with subprocessors

We enter into a written data processing agreement with each subprocessor that processes Customer Data, and we remain responsible for each subprocessor’s compliance with it.

What is not on this list

Vendors that process only Business Contact Data. Some of the tools we use handle the names, business email addresses, and job titles of our customers’ administrative and billing contacts, for purposes such as ordering, invoicing, support, and contract management. As described in Section 20.1 of our Terms of Service, we process Business Contact Data as a controller rather than on a customer’s behalf, so these vendors are not subprocessors. Our accounting and invoicing system is one example.

A customer’s own learning management system. Where a customer receives Content as a SCORM package and delivers it through its own learning management system, that system is the customer’s vendor, not ours. Learner data stays in the customer’s environment and is not provided to Simba.
