The data is clear

Healthcare education saves money and improves employee satisfaction

Employers spend millions on benefits and communicate them once a year, in a PDF nobody opens. Employees pick the wrong plan, skip preventive care, use the emergency room for a sore throat, and leave tax-advantaged money on the table.

For HR and benefit teams

Something concrete to show for the largest line item in your budget after payroll.

Fewer repeat questions at open enrollment. Better plan selection and better utilization. Completion data you can put in front of leadership.

For brokers and benefit consultants

Something to bring to renewals that isn’t another spreadsheet.

Year-round value between enrollment cycles, white-labeled as yours, with one dashboard across your entire book of business.

Something to bring between enrollment cycles, not just at renewal.

Can we white-label it as our own?

Yes. Full white-label or co-branded, decided per client — your logo on the platform and inside the videos.

Can we see completion across our whole book?

Yes. One dashboard across every client you've placed, with per-client views underneath.

How does the commercial arrangement work?

It depends on how you want to use it, so we’d rather talk than post a rate card. Request a demo, pick “Broker / Consultant” as your role, and we’ll walk through the options on the call.

Helping employees make
smarter healthcare decisions.

Why we built this

At our last company, every one of our roughly 300 employees had to complete training on phishing, data privacy, and harassment prevention. Required, tracked, no exceptions.

For healthcare — the single largest line item in our budget after payroll — nothing. Not required, not optional. It didn’t exist.

We watched capable people pick the wrong plan, skip care they had already paid for, and get blindsided by bills they had no way to anticipate. Not because they weren’t smart. Because nobody had ever taught them how any of it works.

That’s the gap Simba fills.

Questions we get

How long are the videos?

Most run two to four minutes. A module can be taken in one sitting or spread across several.

Can we deliver this through our own LMS?

Yes. We ship SCORM packages that drop into Workday Learning, Cornerstone, Docebo, and most other systems. If you'd rather not touch your LMS, we'll host the library on a branded site for you.

How customized can it get?

We build the library around your specific benefit offerings, and extend it to cover your 401(k), cafeteria plan, and voluntary benefits. Tell us what you offer and we'll scope it.

How long does implementation take?

As little as a week for our standard library. Four to eight weeks when the customization is extensive.

Are the videos captioned?

Yes. Every video ships with closed captions.

How often is content updated?

Two things happen on different clocks. New videos are added to the library monthly, and existing ones are revised as regulations change. Your customized library is rebuilt every plan year, so your plan names, deductibles, and enrollment dates are always current.

Do you collect employee health data?

No. We collect completion data only — who watched what, and how far they got.

Can employees watch on their phones?

If your LMS supports mobile playback, employees can watch on their phones.

Can we make it required?

Yes. Assign it like any other required training, with completion tracking to match.
